WINTER WEATHER GUIDELINES
Midland ISD has plans in place in case of inclement weather. We consult the National Weather Service, TXDOT, and local authorities for the most up-to-date information regarding potential weather hazards. In the event a closure or delayed start is required, every effort is made to alert parents and staff the night before. If it is not possible to make a determination the night before, a decision will be communicated no later than 6:00 a.m. the morning of a closure or delayed start. Please make sure your contact information and delivery preferences (for phone call, email, and text) are up to date, in order to receive notification. You can update your information at midlandisd.net/skyward.
