Dedicated to providing rapid, remote service to users of all computers on the Midland ISD network, including password re-sets, account creation, general troubleshooting, and software maintenance and deployment. Create a work-order
Provides training and mobile device support for all staff on the use of technology and for teachers and other instructional staff in the use of technology in the classroom.
Network and Server Administrator
Provide support for the District’s Wide Area Network, servers, Internet and e-mail access, the VOIP phone system, and the administration of server-based software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the students and staff at those campuses.
Install and troubleshoot network, coax, and telephone wiring, interactive white boards and projectors, and connects and disconnects portable buildings. Also supports district analog telephones (orders, wiring, installations and troubleshooting).
Advises and facilitates orders for computers and accessories, smartboards, projectors, and other office and classroom technology items.
