Internet Filter Support for Parents

If you have concerns about your student’s online access, we’re here to help. Parents and guardians can contact us at restrictaccess@midlandisd.net to report websites or online content that may need review.

You can use this email to:

  • Request that a website be blocked on school-issued devices for your student
  • Report content you believe is inappropriate or unsafe
  • Ask questions about how internet filtering works for your student

Our team will review each request and take appropriate action to help ensure a safe and secure online learning environment for all students.

Parents also have access to their student's online activity when on school-managed devices and accounts. For more information, please click here or click on the "GoGuardian Parent" tab on the upper left.
