No. You only need one MyPowerHub parent account for your family. Once your account is created, you can add all your children to it.

To add your students, you will need each child's Access ID and Access Password. If you do not have this information, please contact your child's campus for assistance.

If you already have a MyPowerHub parent account, you can add another student by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your MyPowerHub account.
2. Select Account Preferences from the menu.
3. Click the Students tab.
4. Select Add.
5. Enter your student's name, Access ID, and Access Password.
6. Click OK to save.

If you need your student's Access ID or Access Password, please contact your child's campus.

When you open the mobile app for the first time, you will be asked to enter the Midland ISD District Code.

First, check your Spam or Junk email folder. Sometimes the verification email is filtered there.

If you still do not see the email, please contact your child's campus. Campus staff can help reset your account so you can sign in and create a new password.

It can take up to 24 hours for all MyPowerHub features to appear after you create your account. This gives the system time to update your information.

If you still do not see all the features after 24 hours, please contact your child's campus for assistance.

This message usually means the Access ID or Access Password was entered incorrectly.

Be sure you are using the parent Access ID and Access Password, not your student's username and password.

Double-check that you entered each letter and number correctly. For example, the number 1 can look like the letter I, and the letter O can look like the number 0. Remember, the Access ID and Access Password are case-sensitive, so they must be entered exactly as provided.

To receive messages, you must be listed as a parent or guardian with contact information in your child's school record.
