Midland ISD Celebrates School Board Recognition Month

District to Highlight Trustees on Its Social Media Accounts This Week

January 23, 2023 — January is School Board Recognition Month, and Midland ISD is celebrating its trustees for their dedication and commitment to the district and its students.

The theme of this year’s School Board Recognition Month is Forward, Together, which highlights the collaboration among school leadership, teachers, and parents on behalf of students.

Over the course of this week, MISD will introduce the community to its school board members through its FacebookInstagram and Twitter accounts, starting today with board President Bryan Murry.

The Job of a Trustee
