WELCOMEThe Bertha Mae Starks Library Media Center is a research and reading facility designed to serve the needs of the students and staff of Coleman High School. The mission of the library is to help students and staff become effective users of information and ideas, to provide reading materials for pleasure, and to instill in our patrons a desire for lifelong learning. This is my third year as librarian at Coleman. I have been working in school libraries for the past 19 years. This is my 31st year as an educator. I look forward to helping students locate information and find great books to read!

BA in Elementary Education from the University of Sioux Falls, 1989
Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Texas-Austin, 1999

Teen Parents There is a Storytime for your child and you on Tuesdays before lunch A Teen Parent Luncheon is scheduled once a month; you will be able to hear someone from our community speak to you on a topic of interest while you enjoy a nice lunch. Your child will be watched in Child Care this day.
