Any accident or injury causing bodily harm to an MISD Faculty or Staff Member must be promptly reported within 24 hours of the incident. Kindly inform your campus Secretary, Nurse, and Assistant Principal or Principal immediately, and ensure the completion of the necessary documents for submission. Failure to report the injury within the specified timeframe may result in the denial of the claim, making any associated expenses your responsibility."
