All students, including those returning to the same campus, must provide proof of residency in the correct attendance zone to be able to enroll. This can be done on campus or online, if the parent/guardian provides a current utility bill or lease statement in their name and a photo ID.

Parents/guardians who cannot provide this information can obtain an affidavit allowing them to enroll by visiting the Student Services Department on the 4th Floor of Midland ISD Central Office, located at 615 W. Missouri Avenue.

    Parents will need:
    1. Letter from the person you are living with or landlord stating that parent and child live at address.
    2. Current utility bill (water, gas, or electric; NOT a cancellation notice)
    3. Photo ID

Parents who obtain an affidavit can use it as proof of residency during the enrollment process.

Parents with questions about online enrollment can contact Student Information Systems at 432-240-1250.

Parents with questions about the affidavit/proof of residency can contact Student Services at 432-240-1520.
