• About Midland ISD CTE:

    The Midland ISD Career & Technical Education (CTE) Department consists of over 120 teachers across eight secondary campuses.  The CTE Department, led by Executive Director Jeff Horner, falls in the Midland ISD Teaching and Learning Department and includes Counselor LaLena Carpenter, Coordinator Lori Mosley, and Executive Assistant Wendy Gee.
