Midland ISD understands that teachers are our most valuable asset. Without strong teachers who are passionate about serving the needs of our students, we cannot achieve academic success. Part of our retention and recruitment efforts include using existing facilities to provide high-quality childcare for our employees with small children. Our Early Learning Center at Coleman recently received the Rising Star quality assessment from the Texas Workforce Commission, where we earned the maximum 4-star rating.
