    What is the Scholarship Clearinghouse?
    The Scholarship Clearinghouse is a comprehensive and easy to use database of local scholarships available to college-bound students.  The Scholarship Clearinghouse simplifies the overwhelming application process by allowing students to search for scholarships based on their specific needs,achievement, and future plans.

    What resources are available to help me find a scholarship?

    • An extensive database listing local scholarships that meet students' specific needs and personal requirements.
    • Hard copies of scholarship applications
    • Internet access to informative scholarship and college preparation websites
    • Printed materials that aid students in the application process

    UTPB Promise

    The UTPB Falcon Promise Program is for students from failies with a combined family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $65,000 or less.  The "UTPB Promise" is your ticket to free tuition and fees and does not require repayment. For more information call UTPB Financial Aid Director at 432-552-2623.

     

    Other colleges and universities might have a "Promise Program" also. You can call the financial aid office of the college of your choice or check their website. Each Promise Program is different. For example Texas Tech's promise is called "Red Raider Guarantee" , the Texas A&M Promise is called "Aggie Assurance" and the promise at Texas State in San Marcos is called "Bobcat Promise"
