"What's Our Plan?" for
"What's Your Plan?
The senior year will be fast paced. Seniors will be finalizing decisions on what college or career areas they will be entering after high school. In the 12th grade, Generation Texas Week! in October will serve as an opportunity for staff to assist seniors in registering for College Forum. We will direct attention to the importance of attending this event as each senior will have the opportunity to visit with many different college admission reps.
The senior year has many deadlines to adhere to. We will remind seniors of the importance of keeping organized by having a calendar available to remind them of the many deadlines for college admissions and scholarship applications. We want all the seniors to know that we are available to assist them with their college admission essays, letters of recommendations, and interview techniques. We want all seniors to be successful as they move through their last year of high school and be fully ready to execute their final steps to entering the post-secondary world. Resources found here are just some of the ways staff can help seniors plan for the transition to college and career.
