        "What's Our Plan?" for

        "What's Your Plan?"

During the 6th Grade Year, we will work with student's teachers to lead monthly lessons related to Personal/Social Development (including character education), Academic Skills (including study skills and organization) and Career Planning (including preparing for College). Additionally, we will meet with students individually and in group sessions. Students will complete a career interest inventory and explore career paths based on their inventory results with the district CTE counselor. In addition, students will begin to work on a six-year graduation plan, which will begin the process of selecting the correct courses to successfully complete their secondary education.

All teachers and campus staff will participate in Generation Texas Week! in October. On Mondays, students and staff will participate in college spirit days by wearing college shirts. Staff can utilize the resources found here to facilitate college and career planning.
