     Transfinder Routing System 
     
     The Midland ISD Transportation Department Bus Routes will be available for your review on Monday, August 08, 2016.  We are utilizing the Transfinder Routing Software which will enhance your experience in finding your students route information. This program will prove to be user friendly and an asset in determing elgibility of ridership as well as informative by providing information about  bus number, pick up and drop off points as well as times.  It is our sincere hope that this proves to be beneficial to all who use our web site.

    School Bus Ride  
     
    The Transportation Call Center has been put in place in order to better serve the needs of the community. During regular hours of operation the Call Center has staff members available to take calls in the order that they are received. Staff members will be able to answer your questions in regard to transportation. All calls that come in to transportation are recorded. The number listed below is the number to call; if it is busy, it will roll over to another line that will be answered by the next available person. Your calls are important to us at MISD Transportation. We realize there is a high volume of calls at times, and this feature will ensure that your call is handled in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

    Please be aware that we have the following innovative tools on our buses to aid in providing safe and efficient transportation to the students of our district. 
    • Camera System - Video & Audio
    • Zonar - GPS Tracking System
    • Z-Pass - Student ID cards providing information as to which students are on the buses. Will also provide location of where the student got on or off the bus.

    Special Needs Transportation
     
    Appropriate transportation is available for students with special needs. Route information is available by clicking on the link below. Please contact your campus for specific route information. To set up special transportation, please contact your child's school.
