    Teacher Incentive Allotment

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a strategic initiative in Texas designed to provide a performance-based pay structure for teachers. It aims to attract highly effective educators to high-needs areas and hard-to-staff subjects. Teachers can achieve designations as recognized, exemplary, or master teachers based on a combination of teacher observations and student performance metrics. The compensation for these designations varies significantly, ranging from $3,000 to $32,000, reflecting the level of achievement and the specific needs of the district. Want to learn more? Principal Incentive Allotment

The Principal Incentive Allotment System at Midland ISD is a comprehensive reward system designed to define, support, evaluate, and reward the excellence of its principals. This system celebrates strong school leaders who demonstrate remarkable leadership skills and measurable improvements in student achievement. It is crafted to attract top-tier educational leaders committed to elevating student outcomes within the district, while also ensuring the evaluation of leader performance through metrics aligned with district and state goals. The system incorporates a growth process that reflects progress in relevant areas. Compensation for these designations ranges from $10,000 to $37,000, recognizing the critical role that principals play in shaping educational success. Want to learn more? Click here!
