Administrative Regulations
According to Texas law and MISD Board of Trustees’ Policy (BP Legal & Local), the Superintendent is responsible for developing and enforcing procedures for the operation of the District. These procedures are described as Midland ISD Administrative Regulations.
Individual campuses and departments may issue and enforce additional procedures, guides, handbooks and forms that are consistent with federal and state law, MISD Board policy, and MISD Administrative Regulations.
