Located in the heart of the nation's largest oil patch, Midland ISD offers its almost 28,000 students a wide array of opportunities to set them on a path to success after graduation. From their first day in pre-K to walking the stage at graduation, MISD supports students every step of the way.

  • Ranked & Recognized Carver Center is ranked No. 8 among all Texas elementary schools and No. 1 among all charter schools in Texas by U.S. News & World Report. Early College High School at Midland College was nominated in 2022 to be a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School.
