HelpDesk Technicians

Our Help Desk Technicians are dedicated to providing rapid, remote service to Midland ISD users and are typically the first contact for staff members with technology issues. They are able to assist users in several ways: password resets, account creation, general troubleshooting, and software maintenance and deployment. You can reach them at 432-240-1111, or create a ticket by emailing techhelp@midlandisd.net with detailed information so they can route it to the right person.
