Fatima serves as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the district's information systems and technology services. She is dedicated to creating technology strategies that align with educational objectives, planning infrastructure for networks, hardware, and software, and coordinating cybersecurity measures to safeguard data. Her role also involves managing technology budgets, securing funding, establishing standards for technology projects, and fostering staff development through recruitment and training. Fatima collaborates with educators to enhance digital learning experiences and manages security initiatives and disaster recovery planning. She is proficient in Windows, Mac, technical support, classroom management, lesson planning, and educational technology. Fatima holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant with 27 years of invaluable experience at Midland ISD, Debbie Stephens is deeply rooted in the Midland community. A lifelong resident and alumna of Midland ISD schools, Debbie's passion for education is profound. This dedication is exemplified by her past role as PTA President and active member at Jane Long Elementary, where her three children attended, and by the special recognition of a PTA Lifetime Membership she proudly received.
