Global Information Systems Services

The Facility Design Services provides GIS services for the district. This involves the use of ArchInfo software and Global Positioning System (GPS) hardware to collect and manage graphical GIS data and produce high-end cartography maps.

GIS services along with CAD floor plans are used by The Midland Police Department and the Midland Fire Department for life threatening and emergency planning.  The combination of these services is also used by Facility Planners for future bond projects.
