Annual Performance Report
Texas Education Code §39.306 requires each district's Board of Trustees to publish an Annual Performance Report inclusive of the following:
- Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR)
- PEIMS Financial Standard Reports
- District Accreditation Status
- Campus Performance Objectives
- Special Education Determination Status
- Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents
- Student Performance in Postsecondary Institutions
Information concerning Midland ISD's Annual Performance Report may be accessed through the links below. Hard copies are available at the MISD District Service Center, located at 615 W. Missouri Ave. in downtown Midland. Additionally, each campus is responsible for posting their specific TAPR report on its campus website as well as having a hard copy available on campus.

The Board of Trustees held a public hearing for discussion of the Annual Performance Report at their regularly scheduled February Board Meeting.

The Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) pull together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year. Performance is shown disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and low-income status. The reports also provide extensive information on school and district staff, programs, and student demographics. (TEA, 2014). Reports may also be accessed at the link below:
