Who Can Use ZERO?

Coverage for enrolled employees and dependents

Enrolled employees

Midland ISD employees enrolled in an eligible District medical plan may use ZERO for covered services.

Covered dependents

Eligible dependents enrolled under the employee’s Midland ISD medical plan may also use the ZERO benefit.

Approved scheduled care

The service must be eligible through ZERO and coordinated with a participating provider before care is received.

The most important rule: contact ZERO before you schedule.

When your doctor recommends a procedure, test, therapy, or other scheduled service, obtain the doctor’s order or referral information and call your Personal Health Assistant at (855) 816-0001. Do not schedule directly with a provider and assume the service will be $0.
