Who Can Use the Clinic?

The MISD Care Clinic is available to:

  • ✔️ Bring a valid photo ID.
  • ✔️ Bring your MISD medical insurance card.
  • ✔️ Complete the New Patient Packet (or arrive early to complete on-site).
  • ✔️ Arrive 10–15 minutes before your first appointment or planned visit.
  • ✔️ Have a list of current medications and allergies.
  • ✔️ Review your covered and not-covered services before you come.
  • All MISD employees enrolled in an MISD medical plan
  • Eligible dependents ages 2 and older covered under the employee’s MISD plan
    • Cost & Eligibility:
    All visits are only $10 for covered employees and dependents. No appointment required.

    Hours (Breaks):
    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Intercession, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, Summer

    Prompt, courteous treatment for employees and dependents (ages 2+) covered under an MISD medical plan. $10 per office visit.
