Whether you need help with stress, relationships, finances, legal concerns, emotional wellbeing, or everyday challenges, support is available at no cost.

No matter where you are on your journey, there are times when a little help can go a long way. The EAP offers practical resources, professional guidance, and confidential support to help employees and their household members manage everyday concerns and more complex life challenges.
Counseling support
Receive up to six counseling sessions for concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, family challenges, relationships, and work-life balance.
No employee cost
EAP services are available at no cost to Midland ISD employees and members of their household.
Always available
Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Your privacy matters
EAP services are confidential and are provided directly by Magellan Healthcare, an independent third party. Midland ISD does not receive details about an employee’s counseling sessions or personal concerns.

Accessing your EAP is simple
Employees do not need to contact Midland ISD before using the program. Reach out directly to Magellan whenever assistance is needed.
- Visit the member website or call Magellan. Use the secure member website or call the EAP phone number at any time.
- Describe the type of help you need. A Magellan representative can explain available services and connect you with the appropriate resource.
- Connect with a provider or resource. Schedule counseling, access digital tools, or receive financial, legal, or identity-theft guidance.
- Use the benefit confidentially. Services are handled directly through Magellan and are not managed through your supervisor or campus.

No. Employees and household members may contact Magellan directly without first contacting a supervisor or the Benefits Department.

Is the EAP only for mental health counseling?
No. The program also includes financial wellness resources, legal services, identity-theft assistance, virtual therapy, and digital emotional wellbeing tools.
