Accessing your EAP is simple

Employees do not need to contact Midland ISD before using the program. Reach out directly to Magellan whenever assistance is needed.

  1. Visit the member website or call Magellan. Use the secure member website or call the EAP phone number at any time.
  2. Describe the type of help you need. A Magellan representative can explain available services and connect you with the appropriate resource.
  3. Connect with a provider or resource. Schedule counseling, access digital tools, or receive financial, legal, or identity-theft guidance.
  4. Use the benefit confidentially. Services are handled directly through Magellan and are not managed through your supervisor or campus.
