Purchasing Warehouse is responsible for the disbursement of the supplies, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary for our 37 schools, auxiliary, and administrative offices to function efficently and cost-effectively. The Purchasing Warehouse is responsible ONLY for items purchased and specifically noted on the purchase order and approved by Purchasing.  The Purchasing warehouse is located at 7201 Briarwood Ave.  Midland, TX 79707 for deliveries marked for that address.  All other deliveries go straight to campus/department as noted on the purchase order.  Open receiving no appointments necessary.  Deliveries are accepted between the hours of 7:30-11:30 am and 1:00-4:00 pm. Monday through Friday, excepton school holidays, during the school year.  Summer hours are subject to change.
