
Our mission is good nutrition!
At Midland ISD Child Nutrition, our top focus is the students. Our goal is to prepare and serve high quality, nutritious meals, that help students graduate prepared and ready for college or career.
The Child Nutrition Services department is made up of a caring team of food and nutrition experts that are focused on students' well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits through engaging interactive events and presentations.
Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
