The Midland ISD Bilingual and ESL Department is committed to educating the future with excellence by ensuring emergent bilingual students develop high levels of language proficiency, access rigorous academic content, and achieve academic success. In alignment with state and federal mandates, we provide educational opportunities that address students’ linguistic, cognitive, and affective needs. Our goal is to prepare all students to graduate college, career, or military ready, empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully in a multilingual and global society.
