Gold Cards

The Midland ISD Athletic Department offers complementary access for senior citizens to MISD athletic events.

This Gold Card provides free general admission to all regular season athletic events hosted at Midland ISD facilities.  It also includes free entry to Midland High and Legacy High varsity football games throughout the regular season.

  • Must be 65 or older
  • Eligible seniors must visit the MISD Athletic Office, in person, and present a valid photo ID for age verification.  
  • Gold Cards are good for one year, and must be picked up yearly in the Athletic Office.

High School Ticket Policy

 High School Home Games

Tickets for all sports will be available online beginning at 8:00 am Monday on the week of the event.

  • ALL High School athletic events are cashless. We will not accept cash at the gate, and we do not have credit card machines at the gate.
  • QR Codes will be posted for scanning and purchasing tickets on mobile devices.
  • A ticket for a sub-varsity or varsity game is good for both events on the same night (same sport/program). A description of the games is listed on each ticket.
  • Please make sure to purchase tickets for the event that you are attending. There are multiple events for some weeks.
  • Children who occupy a seat must purchase a ticket. 

  • Other Passes Accepted: 

    • District 2-6A, THSCA, and TGCA
    • Gold Cards
    • MISD staff with employee ID badges will be good for one admission free of charge.
  • All-Sport Passes

    • This pass allows entrance to all Midland High/Legacy High/YWLA High School sporting events (includes cross-town games and General Admission for Varsity football); excludes tournaments, playoffs, & swim meets.  

    • This pass is designated for a specific school.  (Each school pass grants entry to each school's athletic events.)

    • This pass does not include admission to Junior High events.

 

Junior High Ticket Policy

JUNIOR HIGH Home Games (Updated 11-7-25)

Effective beginning with Junior High Basketball:

Midland ISD is excited to announce a transition to cashless tickets at all MISD hosted Junior High athletic events in order to improve efficiency.

  • Tickets for all sports will become available online, beginning at 8:00am, Monday on the week of the event.  We will not accept cash at the gate.

  • Fans may purchase "Individual Game Tickets" for a specific event on a day, or “Junior High Flex Passes” that will be accepted at any MISD Junior High hosted athletic event (Abell, Alamo, Goddard, San Jacinto or YWLA). Flex passes do not include admission to any High School events.

  • ECISD remains cash only, and these MISD Flex Passes will not be accepted at ECISD hosted events.

  • If you purchase a "Flex Pass", it will be good for the remaining 25-26 events: MISD junior high basketball, MISD junior high track meets, and MISD junior high soccer. 

  • Children who occupy a seat must purchase a ticket.
