Midland ISD RankOne Parent Portal (Online Paperwork link)
* Any student who would like to tryout and participate in a sport MUST complete all of the RankOne paperwork prior to trying out or participating.
Athletic Trainers and Coaches will have documentation of this being completed. Should any issues arise, you may contact:

** Incoming 7th grade students may not be rolled over into the RankOne system until the end of June or early July.
* Physicals for the 2025-2026 school year must be dated April 1, 2025 or later.
You must print and take the 2025-2026 MISD UIL Physical and Medical History Form to your Provider when getting a physical. You will then turn this form in to your Coach.
