Career and Technical Education

All students will graduate prepared and ready for college or career.

CAREER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION

  • Career and Technical Education (CTE) is an educational program that is centered on providing students with hands-on, skills focused learning opportunities that will prepare them for their transition to the next level of education and/or workforce entry. The CTE Program is a major part of Midland ISD's mission to ensure all students are prepared and ready for college or career.

  • Special Services - CTE Dual Credit

Students in CTE dual credit courses who receive services through special education or 504 programs at MISD must provide documentation of disability to the Midland College Accommodation Services Office to determine eligibility for services. Eligibility for services at the high school does not always ensure that students will meet the criteria to receive accommodations in a college credit course. For more information or to access the Accommodations Application please visit the Midland College Accommodations Services Webpage.
