    Midland Independent School District offers a comprehensive employee benefits package that enhances the total compensation package of its employees. The MISD Care Clinic covers acute services for employees enrolled in our medical plan, which provides convenient access to medical care for employees and their families.

    The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) includes 6 free counseling sessions per employee household, which promotes mental and emotional well-being and helps employees navigate personal challenges. The financial wellness program offered through Finpath includes 1:1 financial coaching, which assists employees in achieving their financial goals and improving their financial literacy.

    MISD also offers a health wellness program that provides employees with resources and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the district provides student loan forgiveness solutions, which alleviate the financial burden of student loans for eligible employees.
