Community Connections

  • A strong community starts with successful students. With over 28,000 students enrolled in MISD, we believe it is essential for our community to be actively involved on our campuses and within the district to come alongside us in our goal of "Educating with Excellence" and to prepare students to graduate college, career, or military ready. Click here for a snapshot of our district.

Together, the Education Foundation and Miland ISD work to identify, develop, engage, and maximize external resources to support schools, staff, students, and their families. Community engagement supports all pillars of our strategic plan.

There are many ways your organization can be involved! Please see below for a glance at our opportunities and to send a request for more information about partnering. We would love to connect with you! If you would like to be added to our quarterly Community Connections Newsletter, please email
