• After graduating from Midland High School, Mr. Robert Cedillo earned his degree from Angelo State and went on to work for MISD for 11 years, including roles as a teacher and coach, assistant principal, associate principal, principal and HR director. He's also worked as a leadership consultant for the Region 18 Service Center and most recently served as the Executive Director of Leadership for ECISD. Mr. Cedillo earned his master's degree in educational leadership from UTPB and has served students for more than 17 years.
  • Mrs. Teran has extensive experience as a campus principal and is currently serving as a Director of Learning, Leading, and Innovation. While principal at Bonham Elementary, the campus improved its rating from a D to a B, was named a PLC Solution Tree Model School, and was the first campus in the district to use the "Leader in Me" student achievement model. Mrs. Teran builds principal capacity, creates supportive campus cultures, and promotes academic outcomes through data-driven instructional practices and professional development based on campus trends.
