• PROPOSED INTERSESSIONAL CALENDARS

Below are copies of the Intersessional Calendar proposals presented to the school board in the spring of 2020. At the time, a traditional calendar had already been approved, but the Board did indicate an innovative calendar could be a possibility for future school years.

  • Interessional Sample Calendar
This is the Intersessional calendar presented in the May board meeting and first survey. Students begin on 8/3/2020. Graduation occurs 6/4/2021. This calendar provides 175 days of instruction. The weeks of October 5 and March 15 are intersession weeks. During an intersession, students are on holiday unless:
-The student is not on track academically; OR
-The district was required to close prior to these dates due to COVID-19. In this case, these intersession days would be makeup days and not added to the end of the school year.
Students who desire academic enrichment could have an opportunity to attend intersession
