Proof of Residence
Parents who need an affidavit to verify addresses for current year and for next school year can contact Student Services for support. Student Services has moved to an electronic process for affidavits during the time we are off site due to COVID-19. Parents must complete forms in English or Spanish, and will be prompted to email supporting documents to priscilla.delarosa@
midlandisd.net. Supporting documents must include a current utility bill, a letter from the current landlord, and a copy of a valid picture ID. While we typically do not collect these documents for the following school year until June, we have opened the process up earlier to support the Skyward team with registration and enrollment.
