Online Enrollment for the CURRENT school year (2022-2023) is currently open. Online Enrollment for the NEXT school year (2023-2024) will open April 3, 2023.
Online Enrollment is REQUIRED for ALL RETURNING Students.
You will need to submit an application through the Apply Midland system ONLY if you are applying to a School of Choice or for a transfer to a campus other than your neighborhood school. For information regarding Pre-K, click here.

Online Enrollment for the NEXT school year (2023-2024) will open April 3, 2023.
Use this option if your child is currently enrolled in a MISD school or has ever attended a MISD school and you need to complete their online enrollment for the NEXT School Year (2023-2024). Online Enrollment is REQUIRED for RETURNING Students.
- Log into your Family Access account.
- Choose "Returning Student Online Enrollment (2023-2024)".
NOTE: If your child is not listed in your Family Access account, or the campus is incorrect, please contact the campus. If your child was previously enrolled at MISD, contact the campus your child will attend to reactiviate your Skyward Family Access account.
If you can't remember your login information, you can click the “Forgot Login/Password?” link located on the Skyward login page. The system will email your login information to you IF the district has your current email address attached to your account. You can also email familyaccesshelp@midlandisd.net for assistance (include your child's full name, DOB and campus).

Online Enrollment for the NEXT school year (2023-2024) will open April 3, 2023.
Use this option if you currently have a child enrolled in a MISD school and you need to complete online enrollment for your NEW child.
A NEW student is a student who was never enrolled at Midland ISD.- Login to your Skyward Family Access account using your username and password.
- Click on the “New Student Online Enrollment” option in the left menu.
- Begin the enrollment process by completing the online enrollment application. Be sure to choose the correct school year, otherwise, you will be required to re-do the application.
- CURRENT School Year (2022-2023)
- NEXT School Year (2023-2024)
Note: If you are unable to upload the required documents contact the campus for assistance.
Documentation Required:
- Proof of residency- Parent/Guardian name and home address must be visible.
- Current utility bill (gas, electric, water).
- Lease Agreement, or
- Closing document for a new home.
If you have a special living situation that does not allow you to provide one of the above proof of residency, go to Midland ISD Student Services - Proof of Residency for more information. Additionally, you can contact the MISD Student Services office for assistance at (432) 240-1523.
- Proof of child’s age and identity (original birth certificate preferred)
- Transcript/report cards from previous school (if available)
- Complete immunization health reports
- Student’s Social Security Card (preferred)
- Parent/Guardian Identification
- If you will be providing a military ID as a form of identification, please do not upload it to the online portal. Contact your campus for guidance on how to get this verified.
- Other Documents (legal, custodial, affidavits, etc.)

Use this option if your child has ever attended an MISD school and you need to complete their online enrollment for the CURRENT School Year (2022-2023).
- Contact your child's campus to express your interest to enroll so that the campus can reactivate your Skyward Family Access Account.
- Log into your Family Access.
- Choose "Returning Student Online Enrollment (2022-2023)".
