MISD Technology Support
Welcome to the MISD Technology Support website! We are here to assist all MISD students and staff with any technology issues that may occur. Whether it is fixing PCs, document cameras, chromebooks, laptops, resetting a password, or even needing someone to walk you through how to use the computer...we can do it.
Mission Statement: "Support and repair all MISD technology used by students, teachers and other staff to ensure maximum learning."
There are two ways to contact us for assistance: work order or by phone.
- To put in a Technology Ticket for Technology issues, email email@example.com and include as much info about the problem as you can, including your school and room number. You can also go to https://helpdesk.midlandisd.net, sign in with Google, and report it that way.
- Or Call the Technology HelpDesk Call Center at: 432-240-1111
- Our hours are: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
