Welcome to Performance and Accountability

School districts in Texas are measured by a multitude of tools. These measurement tools all vary in what they measure, how they measure, who they measure, as well as when they measure students and programs within the district. Midland ISD's Accountability Department supports campuses by ensuring district and campus leaders are able to analyze data and evaluate systems and programs for the success of our students. By providing ongoing training and support, the department helps to ensure all state and federal compliance laws pertaining to accountability, student assessment, and school improvement are followed.
