We are so excited to have you at Goddard next year!

 
There are currently no scheduled instrument fairs.
Please call the Goddard band hall at 689-1323 to schedule a time
for your student to try out instruments.

Previous instruments fairs were held on:
April 30th   5:00pm-8:00pm
May 7th      5:00pm-8:00pm
May 9th      5:00pm-8:00pm

Please come to the Goddard band hall during one of these times to have your student placed on an instrument.  The directors will work with your student to guide them toward the instrument on which they will be the most successful.  Enter through the doors at the end of the bus lane on Haynes (next to the big tree).  Some instruments, like saxophone and percussion, fill quickly.  In order to have the best opportunity to make one of these sections, please attend one of the early instrument fairs.
 
 
 
 
What do we do in Beginning Band Class?
    Learn how to read and write music
Build a solid foundation of musical knowledge
Learn to play an instrument
Perform in 2-3 concerts
Play in a solo/ensemble contest
HAVE FUN!!!
