1. Please submit your Resignation/Retirement Letter to your principal/supervisor and to the Human Resource Services Department. If you plan to resign/retire at the end of the current school year. Please submit your resignation/retirement letter to your immediate supervisor as soon as you know that you will not be returning. For example, if the last day of your contract/assignment is in the first week in June, but you know months earlier that you will not be coming back for the upcoming school year, submit your resignation/retirement letter right away. Regardless of your work calendar the resignation/retirement date should be the last day you worked.
