is a secure, fast and friendly way for parents to pay for their child's school meals online.



PAMS is a Virtual Lunchroom designed to provide parents with a safe and convenient way to prepay for student’s meals online. No more lost lunch money or checks. As a parent you will be in complete control to look up account balances or set your child on a meal budget all from the comfort of home. It’s up to you.

Setting up an account is as easy as one two three. Once your account is established, all you have to do is add money to your child’s account at your convenience.

How to Register and Prepay on PAMS

Step 1: Register with PAMS: Go to www.paypams.com to provide your household information.

Step 2: Set up your Payment Options: You can control the payments manually, or have the system maintain the payments automatically. You can even provide an expiration date for the automatic billing.

Step 3: Make a payment: Make a payment and receive an E-Mail confirmation.

Manage Your Account: You can set up your payment preferences, edit your profile, add children to your household, and edit your credit card information, view account balances and transaction history.

Parents Frequently Asked Questions

• What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you should go to the log in screen in PAMS. Type in your user name and click on “forgot password”. You will receive an Email notification with your username and password.

• Can I see a summary of all my transactions?

You can see a summary of all your previous transactions when you log in to the system, click “Manage My Account”, and click on “Transaction History” from the menu on the left side of the screen.

• Can I set up an automatic charge for my card when my child’s account reaches a low balance?

You can set the system to charge your card automatically when your child’s account reaches a certain balance. You will receive an Email confirmation when the account hits the low balance and your card has been charged automatically.

• How long does it take for my payment to be added to my child’s meal account at the school?

The meal account balances are updated within one to two school days.

• I just made a payment, why can’t I see the account balance update immediately?

Balances on the PAMS Web Site reflect the pervious days balance reported from the school site. When a payment is made on the PAMS Web Site the transactions are then updated at the District Office and then communicated to the individual school. In turn the school communicates the balance back to the District Office updating the Web Site. This can take between 24-48 hours. To view your most current transactions, go to transaction history log.

• Can I see the menu and decide which items to buy?

PAMS doesn’t get the menu information from the school. You can view the menus from the MISD website at http://www.midlandisd.net .

• Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?

PAMS Lunchroom provides you with full protection of your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

• Can I receive a refund?

To receive a refund for any reason, please contact the district’s office.

• How can I found out my child's account balance?

You can view your account information at any time on the web. You can receive a low balance notification by E-mail. PAMS Lunchroom gives you the option to schedule a payment in order to insure that there will always be money in your child’s lunch account.


• Can I schedule payments?

You can control the payment on your own or have the system maintain the payments automatically. You can even provide an expiration date for the automatic billing.

• Is there a fee for this service

To cover the costs of maintaining the website and credit card processing fees, there is a subscription fee of $10.00 per student. Once subscribed you will have access to all services for the entire school year. You can view student balances, make payments for the school lunch program, setup low balance email reminders, and view purchases at the school cafeteria.

• Is there a limit to the amount I can deposit on my child’s account?

No, there is no limit per transaction.

• Will I need my child’s ID number to sign up?

You will not need your child’s ID number but will need their keypad number (or lunch number) when registering. This is the number your child uses with each transaction in the school cafeteria. You can also use your child's student ID number.
