How can my business or organization help? 1. Make a mini-assessment of your business or organization and decide what resources you can contribute. 2. Select a school or become a district-wide Partner. 3. E-mail us or call 689-1008 to sign up.

Who can become a Partner In Education? Partnerships are a significant part of the education landscape in Midland today. They include businesses, families, faith organizations, health and human services, nonprofit organizations and caring citizens. |

How can my business or organization help Midland ISD? Partners can offer tutoring, job shadowing, career days, mentoring, teacher appreciation, academic recognition or anything that will help the school district. Businesses and organizations come in many different sizes with a variety of specialites and fields of expertise. There are as many different types of businesses as there are ways to help. |

How do Partners help Midland ISD students? Partners can make the difference in the life of a child by enhancing the academic performance of students, motivating students to succeed or building self-esteem. |

How have Partners been helping Midland ISD schools? Midland ISD currently has approximately 100 business Partners. Each Partner selects a level of participation. The following are examples of activities from campus Partners and district Partners:
· computer donations · car donations · mentors for reading and math · business tours · book donations · monetary donations · educational programs · donations of school supplies · campus beautification projects · lunch for volunteers · incentives for students · sponsors for Excellence In Teaching awards · science fair judges · printing materials · career day speakers
