| Waiver Form | | A new waiver form is required for the 2007-2008 school year. Please download the waiver form and deliver to your child's campus. If you have children at multiple campuses, each campus must also receive a waiver form. |

Parents new to the district who have children in grades 2nd through 12th, you must create an online account and submit the online application to view your child's grades. Once your application has been submitted, the application is in a pending status until the waiver form is received and approved by your child's campus.
