The Department of Communications conducts the District’s community and media relations programs. Programs and activities include Volunteers in Public Schools, Partners In Education, Key Communicators, publications, boundary maps, audio and video informational products, press conferences, and the District Web site.
The Department of Communications also includes the MISD Printshop, which prints the award-winning employee newsletter each month. |

The Communications Department uses the Good News forms when they send press releases and develop story ideas for district publications. Simply fill out the form, have your principal approve it, then fax it in to 689-1087. Questions? Call 689-1008.
