Principles of Human Services - 8th Grade
This lab course is designed for the students to investigate careers in Human Services.  Careers  relating to Human Services include: time, and money management,  nutrition, and food preparation, child development, parenting, clothing construction, and career options.  Upon successful completion of the course the student will receive 1 elective credit for high school graduation. 
 
Hospitality
 
Principles of Hospitality and Tourism - 7th Grade
In this course the students will study careers in:  lodging; travel and tourism; recreation, amusement, attractions and resorts; and restaurants and food beverage service.
