Health Science

The Health Science cluster focuses on careers in planning, managing, and providing health care. The program provides students with opportunities to explore a variety of health careers and make realistic and satisfying career choices.

The following courses are offered to students in grades 10-12.  These courses are taught at The Advanced Technology Center by Midland College Instructors.  Students can earn Dual College Credit, or Continuing Education Credit from Midland College.  The Practicum in Health Science course prepares students to take the certification exam to become a Certified Nurse’s Aide and allows students hands – on activities with patients.
