The Midland Lee Baseball Team will play Amarillo High in the REGION 1 FINALS beginning at 7:00, on Friday, June 3rd, at Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock. Game two will be at 1:00, Saturday, June 4, and game three will follow 30 minutes later, if needed. Ticket prices will be $7 for Adults and $5 for Students.

THERE WILL BE A FINAL PARENT MEETING ON MAY 24TH AT 5:45 P.M. AT THE MARIE HALL ACADEMIC BUILING ON THE CAMPUS OF MIDLAND COLLEGE IN ROOM 101. THIS IS A MANDATORY DUAL CREDIT MEETING FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS INTERESTED IN ENROLLING IN DUAL CREDIT COURSES FOR 2016-2017.
STUDENTS INTERESTED IN DUAL CREDIT COURSES MUST TAKE AND PASS THE TSI TEST. STUDENTS CAN GO TO THE TESTING CENTER ON THE CAMPUS OF MIDLAND COLLEGE.

At the Texas Youth and Government Conference 22 students participated in the Legislature, County Court (Judicial) and media. Braden Alford (11th grade) wrote a bill, an act to reduce property tax by ten percent for those who use solar power as their primary source of power and declaring an emergency.
It was passed in both houses and signed by the youth Governor into law. He was selected by his peers as a distinguished delegate in the House of Representatives. Anuj Mocherla (11th grade) sponsored Braden's bill in the Senate and was also selected by his peers as a distinguished delegate in the Senate.
SENIORS: Final class rankings for the 2015-16 school year will be determined at the end of the 5th 6 weeks. Any transcripts with class rankings received before that time are pending and NOT the final class rank.
LHS Robotics Juwon Packer was selected as one of the ten FIRST Dean’s list Award Winners at World's in St Louis April 27.
