GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT MFHS!
MFHS Academic Awards Banquet
The Academic Awards Banquet was held at the Midland Center on April 17th. 166 students were presented with certificates for academic achievement. To receive these certificates, the students had to achieve an overall 4.5 GPA during the fall semester of 9th grade. In addition, 136 of these students also received an academic letter. Students receiving letters had to achieve an overall GPA of 4.5 during the fall semester of 9th grade PLUS they had to achieve a 90 or above overall average in the spring semester of 8th grade in the core subjects (English, Math, Science, and Social Studies) and any high school credit earning class.
