Things you need to know about curriculum and expectations
I teach Junior AP/Dual Credit courses offered through Midland College (MC). To receive MC credit, students must pay tuition to the college and register for the course. For Senior Dual Credit, the students must have been enrolled in Dual Credit Classes their Junior year. The courses are equivalent to English courses that students would receive in college their freshman year. It is a fast paced and in depth study. You must be prepared in the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for you to be successful in this English course. Grading is subject to college standards, not high school standards. Policies are in line with Midland College policies which can be found at www.midland.edu.
